SHIPPING POLICY

Spend $150+ to receive free shipping within Canada.  Transit times are dependant on the carrier.  Average ship time is 2-5 days depending on the location.

International shipments with taxes and duties, are payable by receiver. 

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item* for a full refund (excluding clearance items). It should be in its original condition or defective and within 30 days of your shipping confirmation.

Consumer is responsible to cover the return shipping fees.

Return of defective or incorrect items: Please email hello@stackerscanada.com with your order # and reason for return/exchange. A member of our customer service team will respond within 24 business hours of receiving your response to complete your return.

If you are outside of Canada please be sure to mark as return of Canadian merchandise. Any custom charges incurred will be deducted from refund or shop credit. 

Unless we have made a mistake in shipping, you have received a defective item or you purchased your order during a special promotion, you are responsible for the fees incurred for returning a product.
