PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY
At Stackers Canada, we value our customers and want to ensure you’re happy with your purchases. If an item you’ve purchased goes on sale within seven (7) days of the original purchase date, you may request a price adjustment in the form of store credit.
How to Request a Price Adjustment:
• Send an email to hello@stackerscanada.com within seven (7) days of your original purchase date.
• Include your original order # as proof of purchase.
• Specify the item(s) and the new sale price.
Important Details:
• Price adjustments are not available for clearance items marked as final sale.
• We do not issue cash refunds for price adjustments.
• Store credit issued for price adjustments does not expire and can be used on future purchases.
