Our new product customization service allows you to submit a handwritten note, which we will scan and print onto your chosen item. This service is perfect for creating deeply personal messages, whether you want to write a heartfelt note to a loved one or preserve a cherished note from a deceased relative. With this unique offering, you can immortalize meaningful words in a way that feels truly personal and irreplaceable, making your product a cherished keepsake for years to come.
- Contact hello@stackerscanada.com with your order number to start the custom printing process after purchase.
- Please use dark color ink/marker for your note submission.
- When selected, item will be printed in bottom right corner, with the exception of luggage tags and compact cable tidies which will be printed in the center.
- Please allow up to 2 weeks for completion, after which the item will be shipped and regular transit times are applicable.
All customized items are final sale.

Free shipping over $150 within Canada, transit times are dependant on the carrier. Average ship time is 2-5 days depending on the location.
USA flat rate shipping $30, the rest of the world $75, transit times are dependant on the carrier. Average ship time is 5-60 days depending on the location.
Taxes and duties are payable by receiver.
Returns
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return any item* for a full refund (excluding clearance items).
It should be in its original condition or defective and within 30 days of your shipping confirmation.
